Managing Appraisers Directory
Add and manage other appraisers you work with.
You work with the same opposing appraisers over and over. The same handful of names show up across dozens of files each year. Without a directory, you re-type their email and phone number every single time you open a new case, and one typo in an email address means a missed award letter or a botched scheduling thread.
The Appraisers directory fixes that. Save each opposing appraiser once and they show up as a clean dropdown selection on every future appraisal. When you need to know who that person was three months later, or which firm they were with, the answer is one click away instead of buried in an old email.
This is for any appraiser who handles more than a few cases a year. Solo appraisers benefit from the time savings on data entry. Firms benefit because every linked appraiser draws from the same shared directory, so contact info stays consistent across the team.
The Appraisers directory stores contact information for other appraisers you encounter. This makes it easy to select them when creating appraisals.
