Your Dashboard Overview

Understanding your AwardLettr dashboard and key metrics at a glance.

Beginner4 min readUpdated 2024-12-06

When you open your laptop on a Monday morning, you want one screen that tells you where the business stands. How many active cases. What is stuck. What needs your attention this week. Without that, you end up clicking through five different views just to remember what you were doing on Friday.

The dashboard is designed to give you that one-screen answer. It rolls up case counts, pipeline health, cycle time, and revenue so you can spot trouble before it becomes a missed deadline or a late invoice.

It matters most for owners who need a business-health read at a glance and for staff who need to know which cases to push on today. If you are not opening the dashboard daily, you are flying blind.

Your dashboard is the command center of AwardLettr. It provides a quick overview of your appraisal business with key metrics, charts, and quick access to recent work.
