Connect Your Yahoo Mail Account
How to generate a Yahoo app password and connect your Yahoo Mail to send emails from AwardLettr.
If your business email has been a Yahoo address for years, the worst thing you can do is start sending client communication from a different address. Insureds who already have you in their contacts stop seeing your replies, opposing appraisers who recognize your sender name suddenly get strangers writing to them, and the email history you have built up in Yahoo no longer matches what AwardLettr shows on the case.
Connecting Yahoo Mail keeps your established sender identity intact. Booking confirmations, status updates, and award letters all go out from the same address your contacts already know, replies thread back into your Yahoo inbox AND your AwardLettr Messages tab, and you keep the email reputation you have built over years of practice.
This is the right path for independent appraisers running their business on a long-standing Yahoo address who do not want to migrate to a new email provider just to use AwardLettr.
Connect your Yahoo Mail account to AwardLettr so you can send emails directly from your own email address.
