Creating and Linking Projects

Create CompanyCam projects or link existing ones to appraisals.

Photos that are not attached to a specific project are just pictures on a phone. The moment you take a hail strike shot at a Houston roof without a project assignment, it joins the ocean of every other photo on your device, and you have lost the connection between that image and the case it belongs to.

Linking each appraisal to a CompanyCam project keeps that connection automatic. If you are starting fresh, AwardLettr can spin up a new CompanyCam project using the property address, so there is no risk of typos or duplicate naming. If your team already created a project for the inspection, you can link to it instead and avoid two projects holding half the photos each.

This matters most when multiple people on your firm could be touching the same inspection, where a clean link from appraisal to project keeps everyone shooting into the same gallery.

Each appraisal can be linked to a CompanyCam project. You can create a new project or link to an existing one.
