Connecting Google Calendar

Set up OAuth connection to sync with Google Calendar.

Double-bookings are the single most embarrassing scheduling mistake an appraiser can make. You promise an opposing appraiser a 10 AM slot, then realize you already have a deposition, a doctor appointment, or another inspection at the same time. Now you are calling to reschedule, you look disorganized, and the carrier sees you as the bottleneck on a file you wanted to move quickly.

Connecting Google Calendar closes that gap with two-way sync. AwardLettr reads your real calendar before showing a booking slot to anyone, so the times your spouse blocked off for a kid event or your assistant blocked for jury duty never get offered. The moment an inspection is confirmed, it appears on your Google Calendar with the address, claim number, and parties already filled in, ready for your phone to navigate to.

This is essential for any appraiser who already runs their life out of Google Calendar and needs AwardLettr scheduling to respect the rest of their day.

Connecting Google Calendar enables two-way sync: your calendar busy times block booking slots, and confirmed inspections appear on your calendar.
