Event Title Format Options

Customize how inspection events appear on your calendar.

On a busy day your calendar is a wall of color blocks, and you are glancing at it from your truck between stops. If every inspection just says "Inspection" or shows only the address, you have to tap into each event to figure out whose claim it is, who the opposing appraiser is, and which file you need to pull up before you arrive.

Event title format lets you bake the information you actually scan for right into the title. Pick the format that matches how you think about cases, whether that is insured name first, claim number first, or with the opposing appraiser appended, and your week view becomes scannable instead of a puzzle. No more tapping into events at a red light.

This is most helpful for high-volume appraisers running back-to-back inspections, where saving five seconds per glance adds up over a day on the road.

Choose how your inspection events are titled in Google Calendar to quickly identify cases.
