Photo Tagging by Coverage/Area

Organize photos with tags for easy reference.

A project with 400 inspection photos is functionally unsearchable. When you sit down to write the roof section of the report, you should not have to scroll through every shot of the kitchen and the master bath to find what you need. Multiply that across every section of every report and you are losing real hours every week to scrolling.

Tagging photos by coverage area, room, or damage type fixes that. The same Roof tag you applied at the site lets you filter to those 28 photos in two seconds when you are writing the roof scope. Tag once at the property and the payoff lasts through the whole life of the file, including any panel deliberations or umpire briefs you build later.

This pays off most for appraisers who do thorough photo documentation, where the volume of photos becomes a liability without structure.

Tags help you organize photos by coverage area, room, or damage type. This makes it easy to find specific photos when writing reports.
