Saved Invoice Recipients
Save frequently-used billing entities for quick selection.
A lot of appraisers do not actually bill the carrier on the case. They bill a TPA like DIS, an attorney, a public adjuster, or some other third party. The same billing entities come up over and over, with the same mailing address, the same accounts payable contact, the same payment terms.
Typing all of that into the Invoice To section every single time is slow and error-prone. One typo in the mailing address means a misdirected check. One wrong AP email means an invoice that disappears into the void for weeks. Saved invoice recipients let you fill in those details once and pick from a clean dropdown forever after.
This matters most if you work TPA business or do appraiser-of-record work for attorneys. If you send three or more invoices to the same entity per year, saving them as a recipient pays for itself the second time you use it.
If you frequently bill the same TPAs, attorneys, or other entities, save them for quick selection on future appraisals.
