Team Management & Invitations
Invite team members and manage their roles.
Why this matters
Most appraisers reach a point where the admin work is the bottleneck, not the actual appraisal work. Scheduling, invoicing, follow-ups, document filing. None of that requires your license, but all of it eats your billable time. A virtual assistant can take most of it off your plate if they have the right access to the system.
Team management is how you give that access without handing over your password or your owner-level controls. Your VA can work in the appraisals you assign to them, but they cannot change your business settings or your rates. You stay the owner. They stay the assistant. The work gets done either way.
Add virtual assistants or other staff members to help manage your appraisal business.
Inviting Team Members
Go to Settings → Team
Navigate to team management from the sidebar.
Click "Invite Member"
Opens the invitation dialog.
Enter Email
Enter their email address.
Select Role
Choose Staff role for the team member.
Send Invitation
They receive an email to join.
Managing Roles
