Business Settings (Owner Only)
Manage business-wide settings and information.
Why this matters
Your business profile is what shows up on every invoice you send and every branded document you generate. The logo, the address, the rate sheet, the license number. If a carrier opens your invoice and sees a missing logo or a stale address, the credibility hit is small but real. If your rates are wrong or missing, the invoice math is wrong.
Business settings are locked to the account owner because they affect the firm as a whole. If you have a staff member or VA working in the account, they cannot accidentally rewrite your branding or change your rates. Get this set up correctly during onboarding and the whole firm benefits without anyone else having to touch it.
Business settings are only accessible to the account owner. They control organization-wide configurations.

Accessing Business Settings
Go to Settings from the sidebar. You'll find Business Profiles, Document Templates, and Billing options. You must be logged in as the account owner.
