Create and manage tags for organizing appraisals.

Why this matters

Statuses tell you where a file is in the workflow. But statuses cannot tell you everything you want to flag about a file. Is this a priority? Is it a referral from a specific source? Is it stuck waiting on the insured to send documents? Is it a large loss that needs partner attention? You need a way to mark these things without bending the status system out of shape.

Tags handle that. Create as many as your workflow needs, color-code them so you can scan a list and see what is what, and filter your dashboards by tag to focus on a specific slice of work. Once you have tags in place, you can also layer on tag automations (apply a tag automatically when a condition is met) and tag webhooks (fire an external action when a tag is added), which is where tags become a real organizational tool instead of just visual labels.

Tags help you categorize and filter appraisals beyond the built-in statuses. Create custom tags for your workflow.
