Configure your profile settings, scheduling preferences, and professional signature.

Your profile is the source of truth for everything that goes out the door with your name on it. Award letters, reports, invoices, calendar invites, booking confirmations. If your signature title is wrong on your profile, it is wrong on every document AwardLettr generates for you.

Spending ten minutes on profile setup the first day saves hours of fixing documents later. It also unlocks scheduling features that need your home address for travel-time math and your working hours for slot availability.

This is the first thing every new owner should do, before creating a single appraisal. Get the basics right once, then forget about it.

Your profile settings control how you appear in documents, your scheduling availability, and invoice numbering. Take a few minutes to configure these properly.

Basic Information

Navigate to Profile Settings

Click your name in the top-right corner, then select "Profile" from the dropdown.

Update Your Display Name

This appears on documents and in the app.

Add Contact Information

Enter your email, phone number, and job title.

Professional Signature

Your signature block appears on generated reports and award letters:

  • Signature Title - e.g., "Certified Property Appraiser"
  • Signature Company Name - Your business name
  • Default Representing Party - Carrier, Insured, or Always Ask

Scheduling Preferences

These settings control your inspection availability:

  • Home Address - Used for travel time calculations
  • Default Inspection Duration - Typically 60-90 minutes
  • Minimum Booking Notice - Days in advance for bookings
  • Max Inspections Per Day - Limit your daily workload
  • Earliest/Latest Appointment Times - Your working hours
