Managing Generated Documents
View, download, and organize your generated documents.
Three weeks after a case closes, the umpire emails asking for a copy of the signed award letter. You generated it in AwardLettr but you have no idea where the PDF lives, whether it was the v2 or v3 version, or if the signed copy ever made it back.
Every document you generate is stored on the appraisal automatically, with a status badge showing where it is in the signing lifecycle. No more digging through your Downloads folder for "AwardLetter_Final_FINAL_v3.pdf". The right version is always one click away from the case itself.
This article covers viewing, downloading, reading the status badges, and deleting documents you no longer need.
