Approving and Declining Booking Requests
Review and respond to pending booking requests from opposing appraisers.
Self-service booking would be terrifying if it were fully automatic. A bad address, a slot that conflicts with something on your personal calendar that AwardLettr doesn't know about, a misread time zone, any one of those would put you in the wrong place at the wrong time with no recourse. So the booking isn't actually confirmed until you say it is.
The approval step is your last look. You glance at the request, check anything the system couldn't see (the kid's appointment, the deposition, the gut feeling that the address is wrong), and either confirm or decline with a click. Approve and the confirmation goes out automatically with calendar invites and all the location details. Decline and the opposing appraiser is invited to pick a different time. Either way, the decision stays yours, but the busywork around it doesn't.
When an opposing appraiser requests a booking, you'll see it in your pending requests. You have full control to approve or decline.
