Time Entry Excel Export

Export your time entries, mileage, and expenses to a spreadsheet for accounting and record keeping.

Your bookkeeper does not have an AwardLettr login and does not need one. At year end your CPA wants a tidy spreadsheet of every billable hour by file, not a PDF stack. A carrier billing reviewer occasionally asks for a detailed time log to back up an invoice. In every one of those cases, "I will pull a report" sounds professional and "let me retype it" does not.

The Excel export pulls everything (date, activity, hours, rate, miles, expenses, totals) into one spreadsheet per file. You hand it off, attach it to an email, or archive it alongside the closed case. No screenshotting, no copy-paste from the time entries panel.

Useful for any appraiser working with an outside bookkeeper, CPA, or auditor. Also a smart habit for the case-close routine so you have an offline record even if you ever leave the platform.
