One-click calendar links for all major calendar apps.
The opposing appraiser does not use AwardLettr. The insured does not have your scheduling app. The carrier rep who needs to be on the call uses Outlook at work and Apple Calendar on their phone. If the only way to get an inspection on their calendar is for them to manually type in the address, date, time, and your contact info, half of them will not bother and the rest will mistype something.
Add to Calendar links eliminate that friction entirely. Every confirmation email and every appraisal detail page exposes one-click buttons for Google, Outlook, Yahoo, and Apple Calendar that pre-fill all the details. The recipient taps once, accepts, and now the inspection is on their calendar with reminders and the right address, regardless of which calendar app they live in.
This is most valuable when communicating with people outside your firm, where you cannot assume anything about which calendar ecosystem they use.
Even without Google Calendar integration, you can add individual inspections to any calendar app using Add to Calendar links.

Using the Links
On the appraisal detail page, click the "Add to Calendar" button and choose your calendar app. The event is created with all relevant details.
In Confirmation Emails
Booking confirmation emails also include Add to Calendar links, making it easy for opposing appraisers to add the inspection to their calendar.
